RingStone announces new partnership with S-RM to deliver combined technology and cyber due diligence services

RingStone, a leading technology due diligence provider, has partnered with S-RM, a global cybersecurity and corporate intelligence consultancy, to give investors a clearer and more efficient way to assess both technology and cybersecurity risks when buying or backing companies.
The two firms have worked side-by-side on numerous transactions this year, providing complementary expertise across technology and cybersecurity. Formalising the partnership will allow investors to access both services through one agreement, saving time and simplifying the process.
The partnership will make the due diligence process more efficient and less burdensome for investors and their targets.
